Built in 2007, the Cooper Kitchen was a great example of design and use of space to achieve all objectives with a limited added square footage. An entire one quarter of the main first floor was opened on both sides and supported with a single corner post. the space was expanded on both sides with a hip roof addition creating a wide open design for the new kitchen, powder room, laundry and mud room. Several custom pieces of my cabinetry were used to make this a one of a kind showpiece. The built in seating dining nook has integrated giant storage drawers for kids toys. The homeowners and I reworked the layout 17 times achieving in the end exactly what they wanted.
