It is our pleasure to write to you on behalf of John Lebhar. John was the builder in charge of a substantial renovation in our home a number of years ago. John's work ethic, honesty, talent, skill and professionalism exceeded our expectations.
At the time of our renovation John was working as the builder for the contractor that we had hired. When the contractor made a mistake or failed to follow through on a promise John immediately stepped in and remedied the situation. It is BECAUSE John was on the job that our renovation was completed on time and within budget.
John's attention to detail was spot on. There were so many decisions that he weighed in on which transformed our home into a place that we still love and enjoy.
Recently we hired him to upgrade our kitchen countertops. Again, John advised us every step of the way and we are thrilled with the results. If we were looking to build a new home we would call John first. He has been working as a builder in the valley for many years, and this project is the logical next step for him. John does what he says he is going to do skillfully, efficiently and with asthetic excellence.

John Lebhar is an exceptionally reliable and talented builder. John did a major remodeling job for us on Cape Cod, adding a 2nd floor bathroom, mudroom and dining room with cathedral ceiling.
All the work was meticulous and most importantly completed on budget and ahead of schedule. We have found John to be creative in his work and a pleasure to work with during all aspects of the 3 projects.
We can recommend him without reservation as a builder with high levels of both integrity and skill.

Dear John,
We wanted to thank you so much for the great work that you did on the three vastly different projects at our house.
The restoration of our kitchen floor after severe water damage was complicated, but we really appreciated your patience in planning out a solution to match up molding to our existing cherry cabinets and save the built-ins. The new floor and molding look better than the originals.
Water damage was a recurring theme at our house and we again thank you for taking on the challenge of ripping out the flood damaged walls in our finished basement playroom and rebuilding them. Again, the completed project looks better than the original.
While I know that you love the art of building furniture, I recognize (and appreciate) that our third project was a gift to us. You again took on the challenge of rebuilding an existing TV/stereo cherry cabinet with unusual dimensions and construction to fit our new larger HDTV. Again, we appreciate your patience and persistence to figure out a solution, as we could not find a replacement that would fit the space.
It was pleasure to work with you on all of these projects. You listened to our descriptions of the problems and proposed practical plans. When challenges popped up, you worked out efficient solutions and completed all 3 projects in our time-frame and within budget.
We readily refer others to you, including our own daughter for her kitchen and bathroom renovation (which also turned out beautifully).
