There is absolutely no tool in the design process more powerful than 3 D modeling. No customer can be expected to visualize the changes made to their home from a simple floor plan. Before the first nail is driven, you will know what to expect with the final outcome.
Build It
With the design and pre-planning done, the building is what we love. All projects are handled with the highest level of respect for both the customer as well as the craft.Timelines are always kept as tight as possible with almost all of my projects done one at a time.
Think It
Decades of building whatever can be imagined have led me to years of creating my own in-house designs. From the sketch pad to the final building blueprints, I have the tools to take my customers easily through the process.
ABOUT
My name is John Lebhar. I've been building in the Pioneer Valley since 1985. My career has spanned through home remodeling and renovation to commercial building, restaurants, offices, and retail. I've also worked as a supervisor on large scale development. For many years my focus has been on residential design and construction for both new work and remodeling. My Passion is custom woodworking and cabinetry and my projects tend to reflect that emphasis. As well as working with architects and designers, I tend to do all my own designs in house with the capacity to generate full building drawing sets as well as detailed 3D modeling of all projects. Whether it's from the ground up or reshaping what you already have, I know I can provide you with the type of outcome you deserve.
